I hired this company to resurface a whirlpool bathtub. I was beginning to get some hairline cracks in the floor and the manufacturer recommended resurfacing before they spread. I was nervous the moment the owner of the company arrived because he was using a refinishing kit that he had purchased at Home Depot. He said that he had performed this type of work in the past. I had prepared the tub for him. I removed all the jets, fixtures and the caulking around the tub. It took him two days and when finished the surface of the tub, inside and out looked like someone had iced a cake for the first time. There were bumps and waves and stroke lines all over the tub. By the way, he refinished the tub with a 2" paintbrush. He said it would level out as it dried. It never did. Also, the smell didn't dissipate for 4 weeks. The tub looked 100% better before he touched it. Then, three months later, his reglazing job started to peel. When I called him to complain, he said he would come out and take a look at it. That was over a month ago. He has given me numerous excuses as to why he didn't come back. he had scheduled to come and visit me yesterday and just didn't show up. I now have a $2000 bath tub that looks like crap. I would avoid this business at all cost.
