Wow, super fast response from Dave at Acorn Tree Care after a big tree fell on my house during a storm. The whole team was there the next morning, they were even early, when does that happen these days? Dave was incredibly caring and helpful, and the whole team is so friendly, amazing to watch and obviously enjoy what they do. They were even able to fix a dislodged dented gutter! What an absolute pleasure, they are so skilled and wonderful to work with.

Dave was a pleasure from the first hello. He delivered on everything he promised. Would highly recommend them!

Estimate and scheduling a date went smoothly. Dave is friendly and a great communicator. When the team arrived they were professional, skilled, and efficient. The whole job was finished and cleaned up smoothly. I would definitely call Dave first next time I have tree service needs.

Dave and his crew did a fantastic job. I had many trees that had to be cut down. I had two trees that Dave had to climb due to the area that these trees were located, he did a phenomenal job. At the end of the job everything was completely cleaned up and looked great. Acorn tree service came out and gave me two estimates since I changed my mind, he was always prompt and on time and one of the only companies who put everything on paper with the price for me. I would highly recommend this company to remove any trees, as they are very professional.

David came to our house for an estimate within 1 1/2 hours of my call (just happened to be in the area) which was great for me. He gave us a fair price for the work needed in an area that was not too easily accessible. As he had a cancellation, the crew was able to come in the next day. They showed up on time and went right to work. They were very careful of our other growth and that of our neighbor. They worked fast and cleaned as they went. Job was finished in about 4 hours. The crew then proceeded to totally clean my yard and my neighbor's yard thru which they had to traverse to get to the trees. All debris was chipped and removed and the yard, driveway and street was cleaner when they left than it was when they came. Definitely recommend this company to other members.

Excellent job! David Young is very responsive about returning calls and setting up appointments for estimates. I live in a wooded area so tree maintenance is an ongoing challenge. My experience over several years and numerous visits is that David and crew are timely, professional, and do excellent work. I've done some comparison shopping and David's estimates were in line with others. Given that, I'll always opt for Acorn. Considering that I'm always writing a sizable check for extensive work, I can still honestly say it's been a pleasure to do business with Acorn.

All in all a very smooth experience having them do the job. Very professional. Punctual in keeping appointments. Returned calls without having to prompt. Provided all necessary insurance certification (liability & workers compensation) promptly upon request before the job. Owner & workers were polite and worked hard to satisfy customer requirements. Price is average for this kind of job but the quality of work excellent. Would not hesitate to hire this contractor again if need arises. Recommend to others, no ifs or buts.

After calling several places for firewood we called Acorn. The other places we called either had none or it wasn't seasoned. We have gotten wood from several different places in the past, but we were not loyal to any of them for a variety of reasons. David is professional, personable, honest and fair pricing. We had a small "blip" and David more than compensated for any confusion. I highly recommend Acorn and give them an A++ rating! We will ALWAYS call Acorn first for wood or any other tree service we may need and will recommend him to friends and family with confidence. It is refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about their work and has a strong work ethic. Thank you David!

Acorn Tree Care is the best. These guys worked in the worst conditions and did a great job. I don't know how they do what they do for the price they charge as every other place I got estimates from was incredibly higher in price. Acorn provides a very fair price and a very professional job. The crew is polite and are a pleasure to do business with. There is no doubt in my mind that I would not call anyone else for tree work.

Dave came to give me a free estimate. His manner was polite and professional, and the estimate was lower than others. His crew arrived on time for the work. He has a cherry-picker that was small enough to pass right through my garden gate. They drove it to the tree over large planks that they laid down to protect my lawn. The work was performed efficiently and capably, and the clean-up was great. In and out in two hours, and you'd never know they were there. Highly recommended.

They are great about writing everything down about they are going to do. They are always on time and easy to get a hold of. I would recommend them to others and they are the ones I would call if I ever need anything.

ACORN Tree Care is one of the very best companies I have ever hired to do work here. Dave, the owner, is helpful, friendly, and courteous, but most important to me is that he is honest. He returns calls, he shows up when he promises and works to keep his customers happy. I needed to have a 35 ft. dead maple and a 15 ft ash tree removed. In addition, a two- story tall honeysuckle shrub needed trimming and shaping. ACORN’S employees showed up early and worked for 5 hours to do the take-downs and trimming. Afterwards they removed every single piece of debris left from the work, even raking up the yard to catch any small pieces of branches that might be mixed in with the leaves. They also chipped the trees where possible and then Dave sent a huge truck the next day to pick up the heaviest logs that would not fit into the shredder. I have a very small driveway, but the guys backed their gigantic trucks in with no problems. Will, Pete, Paul and Steve are all excellent, polite, knowledgeable guys who were happy to answer my questions about what was being done as well as taking the time to make sure my driveway and brick walkway was protected from damage, given the size of the trucks necessary to get the work done. I spoke with 3 other tree companies, and while Acorn was not the least expensive, it definitely was extremely reasonably priced. Anyone who needs tree work done should call them first; you will be impressed by their knowledge, and their attitudes. I will hire them again in the spring for a few more things I need to have done.
