Steve is fabulous. Called before appointment, arrived on time, VERY personable. Moved furniture, repaired wrinkles and vacuum carpet throughout each bedroom and effected part of hall. Price very reasonable. Quality of work exceptional. We are VERY PLEASED.

Installers were great!

It actually went rather poorly because of improper adhesive recommended by the supplier, but they replaced the entire floor and it is now very nice. It took a long time [6-8 weeks??] to get the tests done and the supplier to stand behind the warranty and get the replacement installed, but we are now satisfied. They were very cooperative under this trying circumstance.

It had two wrinkles, in a doorway and they came in when they said they would and did a beautiful job.

They did what they said they were going to do. There were no problems. The price was reasonable or I would not have chosen them. They came right when they said.

Being new landlords, we were looking for a reputable company to install flooring in our newly renovated 1200 sq ft duplex. We had looked at several other stores before going to The Carpet Spectrum. When we met Dawn, we told her we had just purchased our first rental property and would like some guidance. Her helpfulness and knowledge about all types of flooring convinced us we were in the right place. She helped us pick out carpeting for 2 bedrooms, a stairway, hall and living room and vinyl for the kitchen and bath. The installation was on time and done very well. We were thrilled with our choices. We enjoyed working with her and her team of installers and would choose The Carpet Spectrum again.

They did a good job and I had no problems. They were here when they said they would be here. They were very professional.

The installers arrived right on time and were very careful and complete in the preparation of the carpet rip out and laminate installation. This included moving the refrigerator and removing and replacing the toilet in the powder room. The clean up and removal of the carpet and the careful checking for scraps etc., was thorough. We are exceptionally pleased with Carpet Spectrum and will certainly recommend this company.
