It went great. Brad provided a thorough and reasonable estimate, he was on time and was even able to get an energy rebate for the project. Matt and Ryan did an awesome job as well. My family immediately saw an improvement in the temperatures in our bedrooms.

Airtight Services did a fantastic job adding insulation to our house. We have an addition with a Cathedral ceiling making access very difficult. Matt found a way to add insulation without disturbing the roof or ceiling and identified why we had large ice dams in the winter and solved the problem. They also closed off the entrance to the main attic with a well-insulated access door, other companies didn't have a solution. Since they participate in the New York Comfort Home Program we also had the basement foundation insulated with a rebate that more than covered the cost. Their quote process was easy and thorough. Their quote was also very competitive and a fantastic value with the solutions they found for the unique problems of our house.

This is the third house for which we have used the services of Airtight. As with the previous two jobs, also whole-house, their team was very professional and we were totally satisfied in all respects. They gave us great advice beforehand, started on time, showed up every day, and finished on time, along the way communicating progress and performing in a very workmanlike manner. My wife and I were totally impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. A band of exterior siding was removed to enable the drill-and-blow-in process and then re-installed after insulation was blown. This was accomplished so neatly that the exterior did not require repainting, only minor touch-up. One part of the job (kitchen floor, above garage) required far more insulation than expected, because of an unconventional configuration, and they included the extra material without charge.
