We called Critter Control because we discovered something was living under the house in the crawl space were we store different things we don't use year round. The man on the phone was not friendly at all. He seemed bothered and was mad when we could not identify what kind of animal it was. He also never gave us a price up front or even explained that just to come out to the house cost $229.00. We didn't find out that little tidbit of important info until the worker come out to our residence. Even the worker was shocked that his boss did not make that clear prior to us agreeing to use their services. The man that came out was nice and set up the trap and explained someone would be out every business day to check the trap for the next two weeks. They were suppose to leave a daily status report each time. There was no report for 2 days in a row. I called and was told after the man on the phone checked that someone indeed came out those two days but since it was so windy the didn't leave a daily report. They did finally catch the animal which turned out to be a possum. And they removed it.
Description of Work: They came out , set a trap and would check every business day to see if something was caught. We would leave the gate unlocked to allow them access to the back yard. Each day they would leave daily status report. That way we wouldn't have to wait at the house until the visited and we would know if they caught anything.

I first thought the money was worth it if they could get the squirrels out, but after I saw what they did, it was a lot of money for what they actually did, but I can’t complain. Next time, I know how to do it myself basically. I did try to do it myself, but I bought the wrong kind of trap and the guy said I was lucky I didn’t catch a skunk or something. I would not use their services again for this type of work as I know how to do it now.
Description of Work: I had squirrels in my attic and Critter Control got them all out. This was in late last fall and It took them about a week and a half to get that done.

I called Critter Control the day I discovered my unwanted guests. They came the next day at the time promised and set a live trap at the base of the roof access tree. They checked the trap and put fresh bait in daily, but closed it on the weekends. Nothing happened for a few days, but 2 raccoons were finally caught on separate nights. They were released unharmed at a remote, very distant location at my request. When there were no more signs of any more and after a visual check of the roof hole, they sealed the hole. The whole process took about 2 weeks. I highly recommend Critter Control and would use them again.
Description of Work: Raccoons got into my porch roof through a hole they "helped" open. Critter Control caught and removed them and sealed the hole.
