David Atkins and his wife are total professionals. They worked nonstop for 5 hours cutting, chopping, chipping and sweeping up. David is not only efficient, he also has a great eye for what to take off and leave on each tree. They did an absolutely great job. And both were a pleasure to work with as well -- taking care of not just my property but also easing the concerns of my neighbor. In addition,they took down an obsolete and huge satellite dish and carted it off. And they brought a perfect brace for a fragile tree -- not jjust any brace, but a beautiful maple branch that fitted into the landscape. Finally, I find their fee for the work done more than fair-- and their estimate was their final fee. I will need to look no further for all my tree service needs in the future. I found Top Notch on Angie's List and can only say that the list worked as promised.

This is a local family-owned and -operated company, which offered the lower of two bids. All personnel involved were pleasant to deal with, attentive to our requirements, and knowledgeable on technical issues. The work was spread over several days, because of wind and snow at times. We were kept fully informed of the work schedule. Each of the tasks was performed rapidly and very neatly, with brush and foliage chipped or otherwise disposed of, as planned. Appropriate signage was used on the roadway when the truck, boom, and chipper were deployed on it for a morning. Several ten-foot hardwood logs, amounting to about 4 cords of firewood, were stacked conveniently, ready for us to cut in the spring. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services provided by David Atkin and his crew, and highly recommend Top-Notch Tree Service.
