They did an amazing job, professional, and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. They took a lot of time with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted.

.All went exceptionally well. The installer showed up right on time. Had all the correct and necessary equipment available. Installer was very personable and polite and did a fantasic job of installing my new kitchen floor. We are very happy with the results and would definitely do business with Inserra's flooring again in the future.

Everything was fine except that there was one piece was missing and the gentleman managed to get it. Otherwise it was all fine. Overall it was wonderful. He was professional and he cleaned up everything. He went above and beyond. I would advise others to hire him since his work is excellent, he is always on time and did everything right. Definitely I would hire him again. Price wise he was reasonable.

When the sales consultant was here to measure for the carpeting, I pointed out the drainage ditches along the walls and emphasized that I did not want the carpeting to be too close, at least two inches away, so that the carpet would not absorb the dampness from them. It was the reason I had to replace the old carpeting. The sales consultant mentioned that he wished he had such ditches in his basement so I know he heard me. I was dismayed when the carpeting was placed in the basement; it reached from one wall to the other, right up to those ditches. I called the sales consultant, told him I was unhappy with the size. He became argumentative and said I had never asked him to consider the proximity to the ditches. I asked how much it would cost to send an installer to simply cut some off the unbound edge on one of the pieces to bring the carpet pieces further to the center. He replied that he "would get back" to me. That was more than five weeks ago and there has been no "getting back". At this point I want no further dealing with them. The lesson I wish to convey to others who might buy from this business-they do have a good selection, prices and fast delivery- is to recheck the professional's measurements before signing.

I used them previously seven years ago and we were happy. We decide to use them again. The sales person was very knowledgeable and explained what they were going to do. He was very prompt and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Several years ago, we went to Inserra's for a new kitchen floor. We chose Inserra's on the recommendation of a friend and we are glad we did. When it came time to replace the carpets in our family room and master bedroom, we went back to Inserra's. Tom, our salesman for both installs, is fantastic. He knows his product lines and is very fair in pricing. The carpet came in on time and was as promised. We were able to chose our own install date. The installers were extremely professional and respectful. When it came time to do the bedroom carpet, the installers found that the pad was still very good and didn't need to be replaced. They actually saved us money! We will use Inserra's for our future projects.

I walked into Inserra's with a cabinet door and the salesman that originally helped me pointed me to the right flooring to look at. Once I decided on what type I wanted several sales people helped me choose the right colors. From the purchase to the delivery everything went as planned. I had to return some extra pieces I didn't need and that was simple to do.

Wonderful!! The sales staff was helpful in getting us what we needed and wanted in a patient way, no pushing, no song-and-dance. They helped us find the perfect tile for our new studio. It was a special order but it came in promptly. The crew that came to install it was friendly, fast and professional. The support we've gotten from Inserra's since the installation has been great...anytime we have a question about how to care for or maintain this tile, we call, they help and it's all friendly and helpful. Great experience! I'd recommend them anytime to anyone!
