+ -1 moreMen came the same day I called. Dispatcher kept me informed by telephone. Workers not only fixed the problem but did a complete check and lube of tract. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: My garage door was damaged (I'm not saying who backed into it). I called Cusworth Door and the service guys were here in a little over an hour, went right to work and in a short time had the door repaired and working perfectly, actually seeming to work more smoothly than before it was damaged.

+ -1 moreAfter getting no response from the company we had used previously, we called Cusworth on Tues morning. They gave us an immediate appointment for that afternoon at 1pm. At 1pm, they were courteous enough to call us to let us know that they had been delayed by an emergency, and would arrive at about 3pm. They arrived right at 3pm as promised. The father/son team were courteous, nice and fun to deal with. They explained everything that they were doing. The entire job took only about an hour. We are extremely pleased with the results, and highly recommend this family run business.
Description of Work: They replaced a 20-year old LiftMaster garage door opener that had failed with a new equivalent model. They also serviced our other garage door opener. After the service, both doors were smoother and quieter than they had been in years.

+ -1 moreThe entire experiance, first phone call to completion of the install, was a total pleasure!!!! The most delightful group of people with whom to work!!!!! So personable, so professional, so knowledgeable, so helpful!!!!! The business community would do well to mimic how Theresa and Thomas Dolan and son Zach deal with their customers and run their family-owned business!
Description of Work: First phoned them for information. Went to their showroom to firsthand see their inventory. Without hesitation we immediately set up a day/time for them to come to our house for measuring and an estimate. They ordered the doors and when they arrived they phoned up to set up a day/time for install. We were having no success locating someone to do some reconstruction on the actual garage door openings, mentioned that to them, and they offered up the name of a local construction company for us to contact if we so desired. We called them, they came out, they did the work and it was amazing! Then the garage doors got installed and totally transformed our driveway/garage area. The entire staff at Cusworth couldn't have been nicer. They were so helpful, courteous, professional, knowledgable, prompt, honest, nothing short of a pleasure to work with. Without hesitation we would whole-heartedly recommend Cusworth to family, friends, co-workers, neighbors. Can't speak highly enough of them as individuals or as a business.
