+ -1 moreMichael and his company are hard working and conscientious. It was a big dirty job and they dug right in, checked in with me as it went along and made helpful suggestions. We did a walk through when the jobs were finished and I was very satisfied with the work, I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Garage and basement clean out. Ceiling fans installed. Caulking bathtubs.

+ -1 moreToo many details to list. This guy is genuine. Honest, trustworthy, thorough, knowledgeable, prompt, neat, reasonable pricing, and the list goes on... I actually joined Angieslist for the sole purpose of giving this man a good review. He has a facebook page, and if you google MTD cleanouts, you can find his business there.
Description of Work: Amazing work! Mike Davis went above and beyond. I initially called him for a small outdoor clean-up at a rental property that I own. Then, a couple months later, after evicting the rotten tenants, I called again to ask if he could get the house looking presentable. It was in dire straits! He not only made it presentable, he made it shine!
