+ -1 moreMatt was great. He returned my call immediately and was able to schedule quickly. Matt is a very nice guy, very friendly, and knows his business. His knowledge and ability was beyond what I needed so he was able to make the repair and help me immediately. I was having a memory issue and my email program was crashing every time I opened it. I do my business through email so it was very important and he fixed it easily. Besides completely fixing both of my computers, he was nice to talk to. I will use Matt for all of my computer and networking needs now.
Description of Work: Repaired a crashing Mac laptop and cleaned it up. Formatted a new PC laptop and installed software.

+ -1 moreI found Matthew on Angies List. He promptly returned my phone call, and he promptly showed up at the appointment. He is a very pleasant young man who certainly knows his computer business. He answered my many questions and said that I could call him if I had additional questions. I would recommend him to anybody with computer problems.
Description of Work: Matt brought my computer up-to-date. He installed a new modem; he organized my "back-up" program; made requested changes to my e-mail programs; fixed SKYPE; he explained about my hard drive, my screen saver and how to "clean up" my computer.

This call resulted from our printer suddenly ceasing to print and our inability to download updates to our various high end photography and graphic programs. Mr. Computer Solutions responded and corrected the problem on our network within a short period of time. The owner has a knowledge base that allows for rapid resolutions and they are a must contact. No…I am not the owner, nor do I own a part of their business.
Description of Work: Mr. Computer Solutions has maintained and repaired my business and home computer systems for many years. Their service is unquestionably top rated and always performed in a timely manner. The cost of repairs and maintaining of virus and other software is extremely reasonable. We highly recommend their service and know you will be equally pleased.
