First off out of all 9 estimates provided by the service Country Fence & Deck was the only contractor to provide a written estimate Very professional group No BS did the job hassle free only one complaint would like to rate this group with a 7 but are limited to a 5 If you can review who contacted me DUMP everyone but Country Deck &Fence which is deserved of Pro-Contractor status Ps the office personnel are a pleasure to work with Best Regards Ken And thank you Angi for your Help

The Johnâ s were great with my last minute changes.

John was very friendly, came right away for an estimate, showed up on time. Deck looks good but paying attention to detail was just not it. The bottom of parts of my railing are not even screwed in, I mentioned it to him and his worker. Said they would take care of it but never did. Asked him to make a door under the deck (he did) but door does not line up with with the lattice at all, it looks like a door that belongs on my chicken coop. These 2 things were brought to his attention, even sent pictures. He sent his worker to finish after he told me he was coming himself on a day that he never showed up. On 3 occasions I was given dates that he never came. This was a big project, a lot of money was spent. The last message I got from John was that he will come by to make sure my husband and I were happy with the deck. Wellâ ¦.. he never showed up. But why would he, I was pretty stupid for paying in full.

I love my fence! I had lots of obstacles to go around as hedges and very old lilacs and they did a wonderful job. All my neighbors are complimenting on my new picket fence! Everyone was very nice. Would definitely recommend!

John is very professional ,meticulous and friendly.. He goes the extra mile. He returns calls immediately or later that day. He is knowledgeable about many construction situations and finds solutions. I was so pleased with Country Deck and Fence and Angieâ s List. Had an overall great experience with the company. From the owner to all of his employees (office included) they were all very accommodating and pleasant. They went out of their way to make sure the fence & gate look great and made adjustments to make sure my small dog would be safe. They were also by far, the most reasonable quote we received. The deck is 100% beautiful. I LOVE it. Beautiful, big TimberTek deck 𠪵 with privacy lattice and 3 stairs. Gave John my ideas and he was nothing but helpful. Quick, quality work and materials. John and Stacy are an amazing team. Setting up our appointment and installation was easy and stress free! John provided me with an estimate in the fall and I was so impressed with his professionalism, transparency and pricing that it was a no brainer to go with Country Fence as soon as the weather broke. Yesterday, John and his team installed white PVC fencing and gates on the front facing sides of my house. The work was excellent. John talked us through the process and made sure we were comfortable with the fence placement and went to work. He also was quick to point out our underground sprinkler system hose might affect placement. I really appreciated him discussing this with us instead of just going full stream ahead. He also removed our old chain link fence and carted away everything. We walked the property upon completion and he made sure the soil by the new fencing was smoothed out and even using a rake. The job took hours and there was no breaks or excessive chit chatâ  just good old fashioned work ethic. John also stands by his product and reiterated we should call him with any issues and he would make it right. I donâ  t anticipate that, but it was great to have that assurance. We couldnâ  t be happier and recommend without reservation John and Stacy!!
