Didn’t like that he was recommending replacing skylight for $1000 more than simply repairing leak.

Quite expensive to repair a leaking skylight. Priced at $1000 if I paid cash. It appears that the average is $300-500 according to project cost listings online. I can't judge the work as I'm not familiar with how the repair was made. He did show up after 2+ hours after saying he'd be here in an hour, but he & his buddy completed the job at that time the same day. He did say that our previous re-roofing job was terrible. A screw was left laying on top of the repaired skylight that I cannot reach. Hoping for the best!

Tony showed up on time for the estimate as well as the repair. He did the work neatly and professionally. We had hard rain storms last night and the new skylight did not leak.

They called at 8am, came by 11 and had job done by noon - nobody else wanted to do the job, but they did. It rained after work had been completed and they called to make sure there was no leaks in skylight, which there wasn't... Good Job!

Tony called the next day after I posted on HomeAdvisor. When he was running a little bit behind with the previous job, he called me to keep me updated when he was coming, which to me is important and professional. He was quick and the job was exactly what he described. Would recommend without reservations.
