Pros: I like the fact that this is a family business. There appointments were on time. They know roofing and are qualified. I had some unexpected roof rot. My budget was limited. I had a new skylight installed,no leaks So far Total cleanup ws done afterwards. Cons: After removal of a cupola they put new roofing on it to cover the cupola area. Unfortunately, they used a different color of roofing on both repair jobs, and is very noticeable. I called this to their attention, no response. They were here at 8am, but left the job unfinished at 2:30, but did return by 4pm. Since it was getting darker as they put the roofing on, I did not notice the difference in color of shingles. I held up a light as they nailed shingles on. They also left the cupola portion uncapped.
