Spoke with Tony scheduled appointment said he would come between hours 1-4 on Saturday for estimate. I waits on Saturday . Never showed I called he said he forgot his secretary never gave him appointment memo? I stated that I spoke directly to you but he claimed miscommunication. So he rescheduled for Sunday and once again never showed or called. Extremely unprofessional . Wasted my weekend!
