The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

I called Allied for my project, the price he gave me for my project is 3 times higher then the other contractor, he thinks we people are dumb. It s wastage of time to call him for estimate.

Allied Additions should be removed from your “pro” verbiage. Their representative Andrew was rude, unprofessional, insulting, not responsive to our needs and proceeded to comment on how he prefers “new” construction as opposed to “extensions”, as the name Allied “Additions “ denotes. He insisted that the extension we wanted “could not be done” and did not wish to discuss any alternatives or counter-ideas. He was clearly not interested in doing this particular project and made his discontent very obvious. He also was rude in front of another contractor who was there for a completely different quote in another project at the property. Andrew abruptly left my property while muttering under his breath, however loud enough to hear his unprofessional comments. The landscaping contractor and I both agreed that Andrew had a “chip” on his shoulder the moment he walked into my property and probably even before arriving. It should be noted that we had two other contractors come to the property the same afternoon and as of now, we have two different estimates from these licensed and insured companies wishing to do the extension Andrew of Allied Additions said was “impossible”. Andrew made a poor and unprofessional critical “first” impression in a homeowner driven business. Our homes are our castles and any job is of importance to us. I wouldn’t allow Andrew or Allied Additions build a dog house for me.

If you see this review run..run very fast to another company. Andrew is not professional. They do not finish their work and are the worst example of a company who is trying to help. He will be nice to you at first then all bets are off. You tell them what you want and they do the opposite. They take your money and leave the job unfinished. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY No matter what he posted--his is a liar and lost in arbitration big time

The Architect/Engineer was true to his word with the appointments that were scheduled, and the turnaround time with the final plans were quick and professionally done.

Andrew delivered a first draft to my wife and I some weeks ago and we asked him to make some revisions. He came to us today with his second draft and he took all of our recomendations and needs into consideration. We love our plans! We have asked for a few more changes and he is working on our final plans. Andrew is a professional and personable architect that I would highly recommend. Spot on sir!

Andrew Deleon came and meet with me went over all details of what he will do and took measurements. I hired him since I gave him money and he drop off incomplete drawings I haven't heard from him since. I been calling and emailing him and he doesn't respond. I even reached out to his partner and still no response. He doesn't know what the current building codes are and when contractors are coming telling my drawings are incomplete I look into the codes myself and he didn't do them correctly. He needs to be taken off of your recommendation list he also did the same thing to some of my neighbors of taking money and disappearing.

Highly recommended! He was on time for the appointment and very courteous. We plans to complete redo our home and he was very attentive to what our ideas were. I look forward to seeing the plans once they're drawn up!
