Fantastic. It was a lot of work, and they had to bring on a couple of extra people to get done in time, but we made it and they packed the PODS extremely efficiently. They were friendly, helpful, hardworking, and efficient. They were super to work with.

The movers were on time and professional but did not tie down our furniture or heavy boxes. When the truck arrived to our new home things had fallen and crushed the boxes and items on the bottom. Also most of my dining chairs were scratched and my desk was crushed. I had to throw it out. We also had a bike that was bent and needs repair. I am not sure why things were not tied down. The movers said everything was packed in tightly and did not need to be tied down. The response we received for the damages was unprofessional and criticized our furniture quality as well as our character. We were accused as being scammers. No effort was made to come to a mutual agreement. Beware if you have any damages from your move because they will not believe your photos and claim all damages were there before. Also beware that there are multiple accounts on yelp and Facebook for them with negative comments as well. I do not recommend this company for your moving needs.

Soliman was terrific and I would definitely use them again. They were punctual, helpful, and courteous. They were careful with our things, especially the antiques. They worked hard and diligently. The price was fair. I've moved a few times in central NY, and my experience using Soliman was by far the best.

The move went very well. They showed up on time and were super nice. They even helped me fix something that the last movers screwed up. I would totally use them again.

The movers showed up on time and were very professional. They were challenged somewhat by a large wooden cabinet used to store musical equipment, but were able to disassemble and reassemble it without a problem. They had the necessary tools to do the break down of the cabinet. They worked almost nonstop for three hours. No truck was used.

Soliman Movers did a great job moving and protecting my furniture to and from the garage.

We rented a Uhaul and contacted Soliman for 2 guys to help us move from our current house into our new house. The 2 guys that Soliman provided were Kyle and Gavin. They showed up at 11:30 AM and worked until 8:00 PM. They worked very hard and had great attention to detail. There were some minor bumps/scratches on some furniture and walls, but that is to be expected when moving. All in all, they did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you Kyle and Gavin!

They were awesome! Arrived early, worked hard, very efficient with the time. The 2 men were very professional, polite, I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner Rebecca is very good to work with and is responsive. We had a great experience with the movers and would recommend this company to friends. Our move went well and crew members Jeff and Markus were very responsive to our wants and needs and helped move everything we needed moved.

When I contacted Soliman Movers, I was told I would need to furnish my own truck, and also pay them for traveling. The fine print stated that extra charges "may apply" if the move was out of the county, which it was not. Also, the way the coupon read, it was implied that a truck would be provided, which is usually the case with a moving company. The representative who I spoke with on the phone told me that it would be an "insanely cheap" price for moving services if provided as stated. The entire coupon was completely misleading, and in the case of the travel fee, I was asked to pay for something that was explicitly included.

They were on time and worked hard for many hours. There should have been more men on the job.

The staff was very polite and on-time. They were very careful with our belongings. They did need some guidance as to how to pack our POD so that that everything would fit. Only unpleasant surprise was the coupon said blankets were provided, but I was charged to $12 per packing blanket, but got $10 back when returned them.

The movers were very professional and careful with our belongings. We had hardwood floors installed and the movers were careful about only walking on the carpets/pads to protect the new floors. They made suggestions that were helpful.

It went great. I did not have to rent anything that uhaul was trying to sell me. The Moving blankets, shrink wrapping, dollies, tie down straps, everything was included. It saved me a bunch.Kevin and Ryan were very polite and professional. They worked quickly and carefully. (It was very cold.) and did not complain about the cold or snow. I plan to use Soliman Movers again when the lease on this apartment is up.

I received a call 30 minutes prior to the beginning of my 1 hour window, and before answering the call I was so worried that they were calling to tell me that they were late ( I only had the truck for 5 hours) but that was not the case, they were letting me know that they were on their way. They arrived 5 minutes early. Smiled and told me their names. Began working immediately, and finished in the expected amount of time, which was 4 hours. They moved everything very quickly, had a game plan, you could tell that this is what they do for a living. When they finished they took away all the moving trash, even a few boxes I had unpacked, at no additionak charge. They even helped me with things other than the move. I highly recommend using Soliman Movers and More if you are looking for a great hassle free moving experience.

The service was fine. I did not spend any more than what I had purchased the big deal for. I would recommend them for what they do but they need to train their people a little better. There were two young men that came and upon moving my refrigerator downstairs, they turned it on its end and you never do that to a refrigerator. They also did not have belts for lifting and I would expect that they would be demanded for that for safety. Other than that, they did a good job. They were polite and on time. They were good kids.

They arrived on time however they were unable to get the size truck they needed and had to use a smaller truck, pack it tighter and make more trips. I have discovered alot of damage to items in transit. In working with the owner she atempted to repair the damages and made matters worse. I found out thru placing a claim with her insurance company that she does not have insurance to cover "items under her care and control" which would be the items she moves every day. I was very surprised by this and attemped to work this out with owner with no results. She had stated before the move that she was insured. The owner now denys her crew damaged anything and is completely absolving herself of any reponsibiltiy. Our insurance compoany will pay our claims and then file judgements against Soliman. I beleive that her crew may lack the experience and care that it takes for a smooth, safe move. I would not reccomend Soliman due to the damage caused and her reaction to trying to work things out. Very hostile.

They showed up two-hours late and we were told a different time when we called on the day of service. So, we were delayed but when they arrived they apologized and started immediately. Followed us to our location and unloaded the truck. It was all good besides the change in time.

I was able to schedule the move with the owner (local business) on two days notice within a one hour window, and their employees showed up just past the middle of the time window. They were extremely polite and started to work at once, first looking at the overall job. They followed instructions well, being careful with both our possessions and both houses so as to cauise no damage. They billed us by the 1/4 hour but we tipped to round up to 3 hours.
