Description of Work: The contractor was very responsive and punctual. We experienced a couple of problems which we didn't expect to have with an experienced contractor (space for stove between new kitchen cabinets and counters too small) but when identified, contractor resolved them quickly and without issue.

 + 3 moreThe projects went very well with excellent communication and very punctual work. The contractor charged a fixed fee (as opposed to a percentage of the costs) which allowed freedom to buy expensive materials which would increased the amount paid to the contractor. For example, the roofing was at least twice as expensive as the typical asphalt architectural shingles and this included the main house as well as the new building. All in all this was a very stress free experience.
Description of Work: Acting as the general contractor Penoyer Builders oversaw a number of projects including the building of a two car garage with guest quarters. This was the major project since it was very upscale. Additional projects included the replacement of the roofing of the main 3,000 sq. ft. house, painting of the main house, tiling of a large concrete patio and installing copper gutters.
