What I will give them is that they were the only ones who actually responded to my online/email request for a quote. And, they did so in a timely manner, with relative friendliness. After I responded that I'd like to go with them, they did call within a 48 hours to work out a schedule. Logistics didn't sound like they would work for the day they called, between our schedules, so Jack suggested Wednesday, which would be after a larger job they had going at the beginning of the week. I agreed. Today is Wed, and they hadn't called by noon, so I called them. No answer, so I left a message. 3:00 rolled around and still no contact whatsoever. I took it as a sign they did not want my business and called another company to take care of it, leaving them a message to that end. Honestly, it makes little sense to me when it was such a straightforward job. If a little courtesy was extended to let me know they had issues (assuming that's the case), then I would have probably waited another day or so, but, with no contact, that's a deal breaker and a sign of being undependable. Sorry we could not work it out. Please have more care with your future customers. Thanks.

Never had work done - no show, no call

Located and inspected tanks for problem, found problem with pump and referred electrician to replace faulty wire. Educated me as to what needed to be done to properly maintain system and on what timeframes. Pumped both holding tanks as long as they had uncovered so I didnt have to pay for another trip and so I had another 30 days or so to get electrician on site. Knowledgable and friendly, and called at 8 am they were there by 2.
