Description of Work: Erik has put in a basement bathroom, gorgeous front door, and added several new ceiling lights where there were none before. Currently using him for an addition...still in the planning stages. Not the least expensive contractor, but does a great job.

Description of Work: Demolished an existing structure after determining that is was not salvageable due to numerous structural defects. Worked closely with our architect to build a new structure as a 4 bedroom home from putting in a new foundation to completing the exterior structure before winter. Coordinated all subcontracting and referred us to various reliable vendors in the area (e.g. tile, flooring, kitchen, etc. Interior work will resume in early spring.
