Very well. Gary showed up quickly with a helper. The whole job took about 1/2 hour, and price was very fair. Plus the problem was completely fixed.

He is absolutely fantastic. He is a one man operation. He can't really give you a day he's gonna come but when he comes, all your problems are gone. Compared to other people who just do something and hope you're not going to call back when you don't like it. You don't have to call him back to complain as opposed to every single other plumber I've ever had. Sometimes they're just lazy. Like they don't bring enough screws to mount your toilet properly so they use the 2 they have and leave 3 open. Then you've got a flood and oh well we'll come back and put the other screws in. That sort of thing. When something like that happened once and it was a disaster, I asked one of my rich friends who he uses and he said Gary Terpstra. He came over and he tried to make it look like it wasn't the other guys fault but he gave up. He showed me what the guy had done wrong. He will sit there for an hour and explain everything to you after the work is done. I don't know how he makes a living doing this. He is just absolutely fantastic. He did it all for us. He is just really really patient. I'm just so glad that he actually shows up. I am just grateful he has time for me. He is a one man operation. He has 2 other people working for him making sure that they don't scratch anything in your house. They're usually very athletic and they go up and down stairs without any hands carrying all the tools in a box so if it does spill nothing is going to hurt your tiling or your walls or anything like that. He is just terribly considerate. When he says he's going to be there, he is there but it might take him a couple of days. If you tell him it's an emergency, he will come right away but there is a surcharge or if it's on Saturday.

It went well. They identified and took care of the problem and were pleasant and professional. This was not the first time I've had work done.

The service men came the same day I called and were able to unclog the toilet immediately. They were scheduled to go on another service call after me and pointed out that the toilet was wobbly, offering to come bolt it down better if I wanted them to after their next call. I agreed. They came back later in the afternoon and re-installed the toilet. It works perfectly now and doesn't wobble at all. The workers were very courteous and professional, and above all they were fast!

Called early Monday morning but apparently did not communicate the extent of the leak. They arrived about 11:30am, apologized and quickly fixed the problem. The price was fair and they also adjusted the bathroom plumbing while they were there.

I would recommend him to anyone. He loves what he does, takes pride in his work and is very enthusiastic.
