EXPRESS COMPUTER SERVICE LLC

I was looking at buying a new computer. I had previous experience with them and bought a computer about 8 years ago, and also had my son's laptop's serviced here. They were great. I went to their store and met with Ted who said he would put together a quote for a couple of laptops and send them to me. I waited 2 days, did not get the email, and called and spoke to someone else and received the email within about an hour. I did some additional research for about a week and followed up by phone and left a message. I did not receive a phone call back and called and Ted answered the phone saying he did not get a message that I called. I told him I had emailed him a computer I found on Dell's web site that I would like him to give me a quote on. He had an attitude and asked me why I was looking on Dell's web site. I explained I was looking at all of the big companies' sites to find the product I was looking for. Not a very good experience and I will not be buying from them or going here again.
