Description of Work: We got an entire new roof, plus replaced ply wood.

Description of Work: Repaired and replaced missing shingles on my roof. Replaced roof vent. There was a slight hiccup in communicating details to me but it was worked out and the work was done to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend to someone else and would employ their services again.

Description of Work: I really was trying to decide whether to concentrate my efforts & money on roof repairs (if needed) or gutter replacement (needed). The reviews for EJ's Contractors were very good so I decided on them. EJ's said my roof was in good enough shape to last a few years longer. He also said he could take the old gutters off my house without me even being there (an extra effort offered by EJ's of saving me the hassle, I believe). But I told him my elderly mother would most likely be home. I requested that if he should decide to do that, call me first so that I could inform my mom. A few weeks later, EJ's came & took the gutters off; I received no call; my mother called me in a panic. I think he apologized to my mother. By the time I was able to get home, EJ's was gone. I think he forgot my request for notification first. Everyone is different and has different needs and I needed that phone call. I SAW from the beginning that they were EXTREMELY busy at this time of year (from the address stickies posted ALL ACROSS the truck dash). Thank you for the thought but EJ's unsolicited effort at 'lagniappe' fell flat. That spoiled the entire Customer/Contractor experience - they would forget small things that matter in a big way. I did not call them back. EJ's came and did exactly what he said and was paid to do - inspect my roof - one stickie gone.

Description of Work: We had ice dams built up on our roof, which they have taken care of in the past. This time the ice had started to melt and was leaking into two rooms on the first floor of our house. They completed the task in a timely manner and we didn't have any more ice issues for the rest of the season, however this type of work tends to be expensive.

Description of Work: Complete check of roofing shingles looking for leak into living room from the second floor. Sealed several suspicious spots and repaired. Description of Work: The entire house, garage, and back porch needed to be re-roofed. The rotted plywood all along the front and back edge of the roof also needed to be replaced to stop the leaks. The old roof was twenty plus years old and look bad to boot.

Description of Work: They put an extra layer of shingles on one of my homes which is 2800 square feet. They also cleaned up after themselves.
