The installer arrived and kept changing the price for wrapping the outside w/ aluminum. First it would be $30 per window, then maybe he could do them foe $75 total, finally agreed for $50 total, if I had cash only.He never checked for plumb(didn't even have a level with him) did no insulation around windows. Put exactly four screws in each window. Quality of windows was very poor. When I asked about how the screens could be removed, he told me they couldn't be taken out. When I asked how I was supposed to wash them, he didn't have an answer.
Description of Work: Got an estimate in May & was told the windows would be installed in four weeks. Took them four weeks to even come and measure. I called NUMEROUS times, and was put off ( not very nicely) by lady who said she owned the company. Once the windows were finally measured, they canceled the install- said the windows were not ready from the factory. The ad said any window for $179. installed, instead it cost about $279 each. Each contact I had with them was generated by me- the only time they contacted me was when they canceled the install, and when the installer wanted to make sure I would pay him in cash.
