+ -1 moreMy home needed powerwashing and I needed to have the roof cleaned. I contacted CNY Prowash and several others for an estimate. I chose CNY Prowash because of the excellent customer service provided. Roger was great, he answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about his company and service. He was also very professional, helpful and responsive. I needed someone to be able to email with me, since it's difficult for me to be on the phone and to call, because of my work schedule. He gladly accommodated my request, which none of the others I contacted could do. My home looks great. I'm in awe of how my deck looks now. I didn't think that was possible to have it looking nice, again. Roger and his team made this an easy and overall great experience. I will recommend CNY Prowash to everyone.

Description of Work: Had my 2 story colonial house, shed and picket fence washed. The siding on the house is 27 years old. It had been washed only once before. CNY Prowash did an excellent job. Being the busy time for this type of company, I waited several weeks to get on the schedule, but it was worth the wait. The shed is sided to match the house and had never been washed. The fence is composite, white and only 2 years old. I wanted to keep it looking new. I was not disappointed in any aspect of the job. He arrived on time, worked without a break and the entire job took a little over 2 hours to finish.I would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to anyone in need of this service.
