"Carl and his team were the utmost respectful, hardworking crew in the Rochester. This is our second job with him (first one was a glass shower door install) Our basement was partially completed. Carl came in and completed the following: electrical wiring, drywall, drop ceiling, lighting, installed a couple of cabinet doors, floor tiling and painting. Carl worked around our work schedule and had his team ready to work at the appropriate time. They put in a full days work each day and each of his team members were very courteous, respectful and professional. We have a few more projects to do in the house and will definitely use Carl and his team again!"

We were not pressured in any way by Resto about our construction they simply said if you need us we are here. After 3 weeks of being stood up we reached back out to Andrew. Most teams lose wind in the second half...not these guys. Our construction team blew our minds with how respectful, caring, and clean they worked. Our dog (100 lb blue nose pit) and our two children loved them. Not a single detail was left unattended. Best part not a single penny out of pocket. Our insurance short changed us and Resto got them to pay what they "forgot" If you are searching stop right here and let these guys show you what they can do."

The job took 6 weeks longer and $2,800 (all labor) more then what Mitch quoted, he didn’t pull permits for electrical or plumping (for obvious reasons), paid him a professional fee and didn’t get professional quality work. The flooring Mitch installed wasn’t installed probably and caused water damage/ fire hazard. Mitch wanted additional charges and fees to repair his mistakes. Needed to get another contractor to fix and do the work properly. Went to court, the judge ruled in my favor and even awarded me a settlement, Mitch even admitted to have wrong doings in court in front of the judge. Have not received any compensation from Mitch."

"We hired Joe and Steve in 2022 to convert an existing screen porch into a three season room. The project was “completed” in November of 2022. Right off the bat we realized that one of the sliding doors didn’t function correctly and needed to be replaced. Over the course of the next year, more issues began to show themselves. Cracked caulk around windows, windows that didn’t open/close/lock. Water collecting in the tracks of multiple windows and not draining. When AllPro was contacted about these problems (it took multiple calls/emails/texts to get in touch) they chalked the problems up to Covid supply chain issues and poor quality windows (even though we were assured they “middle tier windows”). This past fall during a heavy rain, water began to pour INSIDE from over one of the windows. We reached out to Steve who blamed the install originally. The contractor they hired to install the windows came out to check behind the siding. Everything was installed correctly. The issues were with the Bargain Outlet (literally) brand windows they installed. After much back and forth with Steve, he finally agreed to replace all windows with a better quality product. It has now been two and a half months since we agreed to that and after MANY calls/texts/voicemails I haven’t heard back. Completely ghosted me. At this point we will be forced to take AllPro to small claims court to try and recoup some of what we spent so we can get all the windows replaced. Do not hire this company. They are incredibly unprofessional. “AllPro” is quite the stretch for a business name."
