The crew came on time and performed the work in less than two hours - half the time the company rep said they would take. They did a perfect job and were super neat. A lot of workers will say that they are so neat that you won't even know they were there, but it is rarely true. For such a messy job, i was truly amazed what a clean neat job they did. I am giving the cost rating just a middling C rating because I did not compare their cost to any other companies and have no way of knowing if it was a fair price or not.

The receptionist was super helpful. And the service me were prompt. But we ended up paying the animal removal fee even thought there was no animal to be removed.

Mr. Chimney did an excellent job on all three projects that we needed work on. From the pleasant office staff who patiently answered my many questions to the staff who completed the work, who were prompt, extremely respectful of our home (used booties, drop cloths, and a HEPA filter vacuum to ensure that no dust entered our living space), and did a great job with the work, we were incredibly impressed with this company. Since the work required two visits, I had called in-between with questions/concerns about the work that needed to be done (that was more than we had anticipated at this time). I decided to move forward with one project but hold off on the other, given our budgetary constraints. However, the owner called me to let me know of another option, which worked out great for us. I will absolutely use this company in the future and highly recommend it.

After doing an inspection he explained to me why I really didn't need any of the expensive repairs another chimney service told me I needed and didn't charge me anything. He was fine. It was a full replacement they had to do. Well there was already a cap, they just installed a damper and then a control chain that goes down into the, you know, that you access from inside the fireplace. They were fine. The price, you know, I guess it was pretty typical for that so I guess it's an A. I just would give them an A across the board. I really don't have anything to compare them to. They were on the same place as me. Mr Chimney advertises the same service and they have a very good reputation so I went with them.

After a couple of years of trying to eliminate a stubborn leak through the chimney (replacing the sheet rock & painting several times), Mr Chimney came through with the final solution to install a stainless steel sleeve (lifetime guarantee) that sealed the interior clay piping where the water was getting in (during heavy wind swept rains) and oozing through the porous brick and into our ceiling and down the inside brick onto our floor as well. Adam (and Tim as well) were very professional, prompt and personal (understood how frustrated we were). The workers were very polite and extremely neat. They actually saved us a lot of money. Another chimney repair business quoted us $16,000 to tear down and rebuild the chimney from the roof line up. Thank you Adam, Tim and Mr. Chimney.

I called for an estimate. My call was returned the same day. The job was scheduled, The job went well. I wasn't home. I gave the contractor my key. He performed his job efficiently and then he got paid.
