Lanera Decorating

It has taken me a year to write this review, and I admittedly am only remembering to do so now because I have Lanera on my to-do list to call regarding more window treatments to purchase. Lanera installed Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds in my master bedroom (3 huge windows) and less expensive HD blinds in my bathroom. I was very pleased with their work. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable and my blinds are beautiful. The job was not without hiccups (installation took longer than it should have because the first installer measured incorrectly), but they handled professionally and took a little off the price for my trouble. Price was competitive with one of my other estimates (the other estimate was ridiculously higher for the same blinds). Note that I don't typically get more than two estimates for a job, but the first was so high that I got a second (not Lanera), then a third because there was such a huge gap ($1800) in price. Lanera's price was in the middle, but very close to the second estimate (all 3 companies are A-rated on Angie's). Will use Lanera again (very) soon.

I enjoyed working with Sally and her team of professionals at Lanera Decorating. I had some initial ideas regarding drapery rods from research I had done online. I went to Sally's showroom to further discuss, and Sally emailed me photos of some additional choices as we tried to narrow down what would work best for my living room. Even though this project was not large in scope - a single drapery rod to cover a bank of three windows in my living room - Sally was very attentive, helpful, and indeed patient while I made up my mind. I was also very appreciative that they were able to work with the supplier and Lanera installed the hardware prior to my deadline (I was having guests visit, and I wanted the project completed prior to their arrival). An added plus was the installer Jim, who performed the install expertly, and also entertained with his encyclopedic knowledge of local rock concerts, past and present! Overall, I am very pleased with the overall experience and the results, and would recommend Lanera Decorating highly.

everything from the showroom experience to visiting our home, Lanera was extremely professional, full of ideas, and made the process easy and enjoyable. We now have beautiful custom valences and elegant shades for our bedroom! They have been in business for a long time, and its clear to us why they would be. We wanted to take the time to share our experience!

Very well. Their pricing was fantastic, installation was smooth, everything was done on time, and the blinds look great.

The chairs were picked up by Lanera's men and they showed up during the time frame given. The upholstery time was approx 3 - 4 weeks and they were delivered back to us. They look beautiful! No loose threads or anything to complain about! Great work at a great price.

They were excellent. They quality of the product was perfect. Everything was installed on time, nothing had to be returned from this entire job. Pretty Amazing!

Went to showroom for ideas for both bedrooms. They had large selection for fabrics & shading options & were very helpful with numerous ideas & options for these rooms. Once I made selection with their assistance, they came to measure, then provided detailed estimate. Once I ordered they installed in a timely manner, were polite & efficient, with respect to my home. I love the window treatments & most of all they function extremely well. Thank you to Lanera & their wonderful team.

Installer arrived within the time frame provided. He was professional & polite The workmanship of the drapery is great. The hardware was installed & then the drapery & it looks beautiful.

It went wonderful! They were on time and we had really good interpretation of what the design was going to be. They had a complete understand of the overall job. I have used them for years. If I call, they respond immediately. I highly recommend them.

All the projects have been completed in a timely and professional manner from start to finish.

The drapes exceeded mine and clients expectations in beauty and elegance. Lanera was very exacti in providing the custom detail we were looking for.

THEY'RE GOOD AND CLOSE BY. THEY WERE EXPENSIVE, BUT THAT'S THE WAY IT IS. IT'S EXCELLENT AND HIGH QUALITY. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.
