He worked around my kids' nap schedules and was really careful with everything. He dealt with re-painting a huge space because I hated the color we picked. The house looks great!!

+ 0 moreJason Kimlin presented us with a thorough description of the job to be performed and the cost estimate. He provided us with copies of his insurance, state license and any other documents we requested right away. The day after we signed the contract, he and his crew got started. They worked every day it didn’t rain until the job was complete. They took pride in their work, made suggestions about the color scheme and trim that was helpful and not obtrusive; clean-up was excellent. I was very pleased with the meticulous work and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Power washed house with bleach water solution, cleaned allexterior so primer and paint bonded correctly: our 50+ year old cedar shakehouse is in a wooded area with little sunshine; recent very damp weather causeda great build up of mildew – this solution killed the mold and mildew and assisted in removing loose material. Replaced rotten wood where needed. Replaced cedar shakeswhere needed. Scraped loose paint, sanded where needed and got the exterior ingreat condition so the paint wasn’t just covering problems. We should have had this work done at least several years ago so there was quite a lot of this “prep” work to bedone. Several more areas of rotand problems were discovered as the prep work went along. Jason notified us of each area, and charged a reasonable rate to add on to original estimate, perour agreement. Cut off old shutter hooks, filled in holes. Added some wood trim to achieve a morebalanced, neat look to the front of the house. Painted exterior of house: 1 coat of oil primer, 1 top coat of paint. Painted Metal hand rail attached to stone retaining wallalong long driveway and metal gate with attached ironwork at top of stone staircase: removed loose rust, spot primed where needed, painted 1 top coat.
