Very professional, responsive, and considerably less expensive than the electrician I had been using for the past 10+ years. Workmen were polite and neat. Work was completed on schedule.

I cannot say enough good things about James and his team. They were incredibly responsive and professional and the communication was excellent. They thoroughly explained the work involved to us and gave us great suggestions along the way. They double checked with us if they had any questions (which we love). Their price was incredibly reasonable and the quality was incredible. We will be using them from now on, for every project.

We bought our house about 4 months ago, and have spoken to James Stone previously about some electrical work, though he had not yet completed any projects at our home. Last night, after coming home from work, we noticed an electrical smoke smell in our kitchen and near the breaker box. I called and e-mailed James, and he responded quickly (even replying with his cell phone number so that I could reach him more quickly in the future). James came over personally, inspected the breaker box (finding and replacing a faulty breaker), then found the source of the problem - an indoor-only GFI outlet that had been installed externally on the house. James replaced it immediately, then inspected the other external outlets for similar issues. The service from James Stone Electric was first-rate. I wish all service companies were as prompt, professional and effective. On the basis of this work and his thoughtful conduct in quoting a stand-by generator, we'll be using James for that project as well. James gets my best possible recommendation.

Punctual, professional and polite. The entire process from quote to completion was totally straightforward......I wish all work could be done like this. The electricians accommodated all my requests. (They even sourced a smaller electrical box when I complained that the they provided was too large). Any questions I had were answered promptly. They arrived when they said they would and worked hard and got on with the job. I cannot compliment them enough and highly highly recommend them.

We've been using their services since 2006. We first needed their service for updating/bringing to Code electrical work in our previous business. Since then we use them whenever we need ANY work done around our home. They've changed electrical panel, outlets, etc. Changed your mind where you want that light/outlet? Want to add more or decided not to go with so many lights,etc? No Problem. They get the job done, the way YOU want it! They are without question THE BEST "contractors" we have EVER used! Not only do they actually show up on the job, they show up on time!!! PLUS... If /When you call, if by chance "James" doesn't (unable to) answer, He'll call you back! Extremely Courteous, Honest, Fair, Professional, Knowledgable, and Clean! This is The Company you want for Commercial and/or Residential Electrical work!
