The installation went very well. The price was very good compared to other quotes that I received. Paul did a very good job measuring each window, before ordering so that each custom window fit perfectly when it was installed. The installation was conducted by a crew of 2-3 other workers. They were able to install the windows quickly in three separate installations (due to the large number of windows installed). Overall the job was completed on time and on budget. On the last install day they did not clean up the old windows and debris when they finished up. Due to a large snow storm it took them about two weeks to finish the clean up. Overall it was a job well done, and the price was right... just make sure that they clean up before they leave.

One of the owners came to measure the window and give me an estimate. He returned my phone calls promptly. A week later two men came to install the glass. The job took about one hour. They had to break the old glass to get it out and some tiny shards of glass were scattered in the sink and on the kitchen counter which they did not clean up. Other than that, they were courteous and pleasant and did a good job.

i needed a windshield replaced that day. I called them at 9:30 and they agreed to come before noon. Laura who is very responsive to your calls, called and said the tech had a flat and would be late.she later called and said I had to bring the car to them because it was going to rain and I did not have a garage (it never rained). She told me I would get a discount for bringing it in. I only used them because they were going to come to my home. My discount was $25 dollars. My bill was $255.46. That is $55.46 more than my usual glass place quoted me. ( where I must bring the car in). As, I said I only called them because they were coming to me on the same day. A scam all around. I would never use them again.

We first had to advise our insurance company and as we have total glass coverage all the repairs would be paid for. Through Lynx State Farm I was supplied with three names to call for the repair. I chose the Glass Doctor as that was closest to us. We gave them a call on Monday, 5/19 and spoke with Laura. She was pleasant and was able to help us immediately, telling us they would come to us on Wednesday, 5/21 and would call that morning to confirm the time the technician would arrive. They called Wednesday morning, even apologizing for the early hour, and advised us the technician would arrive between 12-3. He was a bit late, but arrive he did. His name was JR and he was a most pleasant, competent and professional young man. He went about his business and inside of half an hour had the window replaced, vacuumed out the Blazer, provided all the necessary paperwork and said a pleasant good-bye. I called Lynx to tell them the Glass Doctor was a very pleasant and competent organization to work with. I also called the Glass Doctor and thanked them for their speedy and pleasant service and gave kudos to JR. Both Laura and JR stated that if there were any problems to give them a call. I will certainly use them in the future, should we need them, and I will recommend them to family and friends.
