Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The workers were all very professional, courteous and competent. I have already recommended them to family members.

Thiago and his team did a great job. The job was to sand and refinish the hardwood floors in 2 rooms and the stairs, also to remove carpet and install new engineer hardwood on the family room. The quality of the work is great. Thiago?s team arrives on time, performed their job and cleans everything after it. They even came 2 more times to finish small details. For the sanding and refinish areas, Thiago send 2 guys and they finish the job in 2 days. The first day the seal the rooms and stairs with plastic to contain the dust (we where at the house with 2 small kids) and sanded the floors. The 2nd day the refinish the floors and the day after the rooms look like new!!! For the engineer hardwood we waited for the material to be delivered, aprox.. a week. When the material arrived, Thiago send another team of 3 guys and installed the floor in a day. Coming the day after to finish small details and finishing the job. The price was the most competitive and realistic for the job to be performed. Some other companies where charging as much as double and suggesting changing the hardwood instead of sanding and fixing it. It was a pleasure to work with Thiago and find a company that takes pride in their job.

We were thrilled with the work that Eagle did in our new home. We recently purchased an older house and had a very short timeframe to update it before we moved in. I was also very particular about what I was looking for with the floors and met with 3 different companies before finding Eagle. I was impressed with the reviews and was looking for someone who would use the dustless Bona system (HEPA filter) and refinish with water-based Bona polyurathane and low-VOC stain. Thiago was very responsive to all of my questions, was happy to work within the short timeframe, and helped me pick a color by trying out a few different stains on the floor to see how our wood would take to the stains. His team was very respectful of our home and worked quickly and efficiently, and were happy to accomodate my requests to seal off the area and cover the air ducts. The floors came out beautiful and we have gotten a ton of compliments! Our contractors were also very impressed! We will definitely use Eagle again if we have flooring needs in the future.

did a great job in containing the dust. The workers wee courteous and very helpful when carefully moving furniture, sanding and staining. They did whatever was required to makde the floors beautiful. They had a special vacuum ( extra cost) that did a great job in containing the dust. Very professional and good communication.

Thiago and team were great. We have an older home that one had hardwood in one bedroom, stairs (but not the landing) and under the railing. They put in all new hardwood floors and managed to match them perfectly to the existing flooring so it was completely level. When they stained and finished all of it (old and new), it really looks like all of it was done at one time; you can't tell any difference. Great work overall; Thiago really knows his stuff. In addition, he had the best price of 3 providers who gave me quotes.

We found Thiago and his team from Eagle Hardwood flooring on Angie's List. From the day he came to give us an estimate to the end of the job, the whole team could not be more professional. There was no phony sales pitch and no time wasting nonsense. Thiago came in looked around and got back to us within a day or two with the estimate. We had water damage which had ruined a considerable part of our beautiful Brazilian Cherry hardwood floor in the kitchen. We had various estimates and people who said that it was such a difficult job that they really couldn't match up the edges etc. We asked Thiago if he could do it and he said "Yes of course - this is what I do for a living". They came in on Monday morning and by the afternoon, the damaged part of the floor had been replaced. The workmanship was exquisite. By the next day, after we had seen what their workmanship was like, we asked them to also refinish the dining room and the living room. We figured as they were going to refinish the whole of the kitchen we might as well get everything done at once. They used the dustless sanders - which was key in our decision making and they did an outstanding job. I don't know how they did it but they managed to fit all of our furniture into the family room. They moved everything and were super careful not to damage anything. When they finished the job, my husband and I were speechless. Our floors looked beautiful for lack of a better word. Everyone who comes to our home asks us who refinished our floors. We could not be more happy with Eagle Hardwood Flooring's service and professionalism and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Thiago and your team for a wonderful job.

Thiago and his team pulled all the carpet up throughout our new home and sanded + stained + polyurathane the floors underneath. OMG, they look amazing. We were very pleased with the work done. No dust left. He provided a quote quickly, was available via both email and telephone. They arrived on time and finished the job within the designated timeframe. A portion of the hardwood floor in my family room was damaged due to a leak in my roof. Eagle Hardwood replaced the damaged section and then sanded and refinsihed the enitre floor. It came out great....you would never know that the floor was repaired.....looks absolutely terrific. Eagle Hardwood was terrific to work with.They were very responsive every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

They were actually very good. They came out right away after I purchased the big deal. They did not charge me more than the big deal price and they did a couple of small touch ups for free so I was really pleased with their service. They came two days because one day was used to set and it takes one day to dry between the coats. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Thiago was very responsive before, during and after the job. He came to our house to advise on the color we should choose for the floors and to go over the process. Everything went as he explained. The wood was delivered to our house about a week before the job, and three guys showed up on the day of the job. He said it might take 2-3 days, but they finished in one day. He came back on another day to clean up and also touch up a few places and fix some small issues. It was easy to work with him, and after obtaining quotes from four other places, he had the best price.

Work was on time and on budget. Thiago came by personally to provide an estimate before the job. We had some surprised under an existing carpet that Thiago addressed thoughtfully (staining to match and then buffing/resealing to avoid time and expense of sanding the whole room).

We had three estimates for refinishing our floor. Thiago was punctual, professional, and information. Among the three floor companies that came, he was the only one that observed that the existing floor is red oak, not white oak. This is important to ensure that the new floor matches the existing floor as much as possible. His pricing was quite reasonable. We ended up going with another floor company as they were willing to demo and fix a section of the floor that was installed incorrectly by the previous contractor whereas Thiago asked for our new contractor to demo the area instead.

The crew doing the job were very professional, neat and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
