I sent an email request on Saturday and received an email back from Thiago right away. We arranged for him to come on Monday to look at the floors and give us an estimate. His price was fair. He supplied all the proper certificates our building required and started the following Monday. His team did a great job of keeping the unit clean and did the job in less then 4 days. The floors look fantastic and I am so glad we did this. Thiago did an exceptional job and i would highly recommend him.

The floors look beautiful. Tiago came on time for the estimate and actually moved us up and got the job done 4 days sooner than originally anticipated. Thiago was very pleasant to talk to on the phone and he quickly scheduled us for an appointment to give an estimate. His two guys that came to do the work arrived promptly and one of them (Luis) was especially helpful and knowledgable. Once the floor was sanded he showed me what a couple of stains would look like on the floor and we were able to customize a color. The first day they sanded and stained. The second they added more stain and the third day they added a sealant and polished. The floors look great! The guys kept the house neat and put up a lot of protective plastic sheets to avoid too much saw dust from spreading to the upper floor, as well as putting masking tape on the built ins to avoid dust getting in through the cracks on the cabinet doors. Thiago would quickly respond to texts or phone calls if I had a question. I would highly recommend Eagle Hardwood Flooring.

They were excellent. They were professional, punctual, very neat, and organized. It was beautiful. Thiago was very responsive and he answered all the phone calls by himself and would get right back to us. We were happy with them.

Thiago and his guys refinished 2 levels of 120 year old oak and veneered flooring (approx. 1600 sq ft.) Portions of those floors needed full replacement with new cherry trim- these turned out quite handsome. Eagle Hardwood Flooring was swift in visiting, appraising, estimating and delivering a quality product. When I created my own stain color from combining minwax colors- Thiago was happy to apply as per my direction. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone doing flooring.

Thiago, the owner of the company was very professional and punctual for the estimate.He made good recommendations and started to work that same day.The workers were professional punctual and answered all our questions they took there time and showed us how the floor would look and explained the process.All of the workers were couteous and very clean when they finished their work they did a great job with the floor. He would only do it if he could do all 1800 sq. ft. so I cancelled, he was nice and responsive.

The individuals who came to work were on time and the quality of the work performed was outstanding; they assisted me with last minute items that need to be move to other location in the house. They were very professional and outline what was going to be done and time frame it would be complete

These guys are great! Bought the deal on Angie's list and they called us right away to see when they could come to review afterward they gave us a price for some additional repairs that were needed. A few weeks later they called back to follow up and see when we wanted to schedule the work (we were dragging our feet getting it ready). We set a date and the guys showed up right on schedule. The repair work they did exceeded my expectations...our floor was really a mess and it came out looking like new. If I had to nit pick I was a little disappointed that the floor did not identically match the rest of our floors which have an ultra high sheen while this came out with more of a satin finish. Overall very pleased with the experience.

The team was available immediately. They arrived on time, cleaned up before they departed and the floors have not looked better. We were told that they would be finished within three to four days. They applied 1-coat of sealer and 2-coats of Bona Traffic HD. They were done in three, by 5pm on a Friday evening. We also asked that the team to come back a few days later to work on a smaller project. Again, we were very pleased with the results. I feel that there was a miscommunication because they sent me an e-mail that was in a person's name rather than the company name, so I ended up deleting the e-mail.

Called Eagle Hardwood Flooring and spoke with Tiago. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He also accommodated my request to use the deal to refinish our stairs rather than a room and he was kind enough to agree. I bought the deal, got busy and almost forgot all about it until he called last week to schedule which I really appreciated. His guys arrived on time (I was given a window) and were very professional. They even made sure to cover the area with plastic so dust wouldn't go all over the place. I mention this because the last company I used didn't cover anything (and it was our first time getting floors done) so my husband and I had no clue how dusty refinishing can get! I would definitely use them again to replace our floors in another room next time around.

The rooms that they refinished look great! The team showed up promptly and worked until the job was complete. They were polite, so much so that they wouldn't even sit on our kitchen chairs (while waiting between coats) until invited to do so. I would definitely use them again.

The guys from Eagle did a very nice job. They were unobtrusive, polite and cleaned up after themselves very well. If I have to find something to complain about I would say they they left 2 black garbage bags in sight of my front doors for 2 days. Not a big deal and I am certain they would have collected them had I said something. They disappeared along with all mess involved with this kind of work on Wednesday after the last coat of Poly went down. I stand corrected!! Just found out that the garbage bags were not taken as the contents were flammable. They were safer left outside for a few days. I wasn't told this at the time! A minor issue is now not an issue. As I said earlier they did a wonderful job and I would recommend them highly.

I couldn't be happier with the work Thiago and Eagle Hardwood Flooring did for me. We had been doing so much home- improvement work ourselves and had planned to refinish the floors as well. Six days before we were scheduled to move in to the house, I woke up in the night and realized we'd been insane to think we could handle the floor refinishing ourselves. We had torn up carpets and found the floors were in pretty bad shape underneath, with paint splotches and a few badly mismatched floorboards, missing molding, and a missing reducer. I looked up some floor refinishers on Angie's List and made calls the next morning. Thiago came that same day to look at the floors and give me an estimate and he began the work the day after that. He was a godsend. He was clearly knowledgeable about what kind of floors were in the house and what kind of stain was on them. I wasn't sure if I wanted to stain the upstairs floors to match the downstairs or to go with the natural color upstairs, because I preferred the natural color but was afraid the contrast between the two colors wouldn't look good. I couldn't be at the house at the time, but Thiago offered to refinish a sample spot on the floor next to the stained floor and to send me a picture of the two. He did so, and so I had all the information I needed to make my decision. After he had given me the estimate for refinishing the upstairs floors with the stain to match the downstairs, I remembered that I wanted him to add some missing molding in one bedroom and a missing reducer in another doorway. He agreed but warned me the price might change. In the end, the price didn't change because I opted to omit the stain, so the cost evened out in the end. Thiago also closed off the work area to minimize dust to the rest of the house, and he covered my smoke alarm during the work to protect it. The floors are absolutely beautiful and they were done just in time for us to be able to move in as scheduled. Thiago was also very courteous and professional throughout. I wish I could have afforded the time and money for him to refinish all the floors in the house, and I hope I will be able to do so at some point. I have rarely had such a great experience in a home-improvement project. I highly recommend Eagle Hardwood Flooring.
