Thiago and his crew did an exceptional job. After getting the quote, we met Thiago at our house to go over final details and pick out the floor stain. We were having trouble deciding between two stains, so Thiago went and got his tools out of the truck, sanded a small patch of the floor, and applied both stains side-by-side to give us a general sense of what they'd look like. This was a very helpful exercise because not only did it make us feel more confident in our choice, it also illustrated that he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we would be happy with our decision. The crew that worked in the house took all the necessary precautions to make sure the dust didn't get everywhere and were very careful in their stain work. When we saw the final product we were incredibly pleased. It came out exactly as we wanted it to, which wouldn't have been the case has Thiago not shown us the stains side-by-side in the first place. Great to work with!

I received a quick response on my request for an estimate, Thiago came in and reviewed the condition of all floors, took measurements and pointed out that an area in the house had been redone using engineered flooring. The work was scheduled for the date we requested, and the crew started punctual and without any issues. All team members were very polite and knowledgeable, and payed great attention to detail. When there was a questionmark about the possibility of sanding the engineered floor Thiago was quick to come on site and review and resolve the issue. Everyone was also very patient and helpful in helping us decide on the right color of the stain. We are very happy with the result and will recommend Eagle Hardwood flooring anytime - I am sure everyone coming to our house will be asking about the floors.

We were extremely happy with the work that Eagle did. From the first time I called Thiago he was very responsive. He had a crew at my house to begin the work within a week. All of the workers were professional and friendly. I wanted a very experienced company as pine floors are very soft and can be difficult to properly refinish. The team sealed all the doorways and closets before they began their work. When they were done there was almost no dust left in my house. The quality of their work was great, their price was great and I am very happy I chose them.

Men were good workers and very neat. Dust was kept to a minimum and job was completed in 2 days. Here's what I didn't like. 1. Contractor didn't show up for original appt. we had to reschedule. 2. There was no written contract only price on a business card. Other than those glitches, job went well. Men were pleasant and it was a clean job.

Thiago and his crew did a great job for us. They were responsive, punctual, highly skilled and worked quickly yet carefully. We had several other estimates done and Eagle's was the best and still their work was of the highest quality. There was almost no dust left in the house when they were finished which made our cleanup very easy. The job was completed in just 2 days and the floors look beautiful, like in a new home. i would highly recommend Eagle to anyone looking for a really good price with excellent work behind it. I couldn't update my previous review so I'll start a new one. After Thiago finished my floor, I had to remove two built-in closets in two rooms, which left two areas of unfinished floors. He came to finish the two areas right after his vacation and did a fantastic job again. Thank you Thiago.

Thiago is THE floor guy I'll go to. He is easy to communicate, punctuate at appointments, knowledgeable about hardwood floors. He tried his best to refinish the hardwood floor of my 90 year old house and did a great job. The project progressed as he planned.

Wood was delivered a few days after we agreed to the proposal. Floors were installed 3 days later. Then the following days were spent coating the floors. They removed the carpets and floor moldings, installed a water protection cover, and then installed the hardwood on top.

They did a great job, finished in all while we were away on vacation. Looks wonderful!

Mr. Lima and his crew did a top notch job! They were prompt, efficient, professional and happy to answer our questions. The floors look fantastic. We had a few quotes from other providers before starting the work. Tiago stood out with his friendly professionalism - he did not try to "sell" us on anything but instead asked what we were hoping to achieve in terms of color and finish. He then provided some options. The price was very reasonable for the high quality of the work they did. He was able to advise us about the type of wood we have in the house and what color finish would look best. We had confidence in his ability to get the job done and are fully satisfied with the results. We would recommend Tiago and Eagle Hardwood Flooring to any of our friends.

First let me say that Thiago and his team did an amazing job. They were extremely professional and the job came out perfect. About a year ago we had another company come out and refinish all out hardwood floors with the exception of a few rooms upstairs that needed other work done first. I called them out to get a quote on doing the master bedroom. The owner told me they had a minimum price to get a team out which was much more than the job should cost per square foot (and it did not include the repair). I contacted Eagle Hardwood to come out and give me a quote. Thiago came out and gave me a quote that was very fair for the work. We were on a time crunch and he got us on the schedule right away. His team came out and did the job in three days, as he said they would. They matched the floor color to the existing hardwoods in the house perfectly. The team was punctual, clean, and very professional. The day after they were done I spotted a slight imperfection on the floor. I called Thiago and without question he sent his team back the next day to correct it and it looks perfect. Thiago and his team are true professionals. A few days after they left I noticed an issue with some lights in the house around the area the team worked in (they seemed to be flickering). I thought it may be due to the vibrations from the sanding. When I called Thiago he came out THAT DAY and checked out the problem. When he came by I also had him take a look at a few other rooms that also need to be redone. Overall I give the experience an A+ and will be using them again soon!

Thiago and his team were great to work with and their work is absolutely beautiful. We wanted a dark stain on the floors and Thiago helped us choose the perfect color. I will certainly use Eagle again when we re-do the upstairs.

I am recommending Eagle Hardwood Flooring to everyone I know who may need their hardwood floors refinished. We are so pleased with Thiago and his crew's work. Our floors were in bad shape and we didn't have a ton of money to spend. We received an estimate from another company and it was several hundred dollars more, plus they were only going to use 2 coats of polyurethane (Thiago did 3 coats) and they were going to charge an additional $200.00 to move our furniture! We had our living room, dining room, two hallways and our steps refinished. I was concerned that the crew might damage my dining room furniture when moving it; we have a huge, heavy wooden china cabinet with glass shelves and doors. But they were very cautious and gentle with my furniture. We weren't sure which finish we should get (high gloss or satin) and Thiago recommended the satin finish based on the condition of the floors. It was a good choice. The crew was extremely professional and courteous. They were neat and clean- I only had to lightly dust some surfaces after they left. The best part is that our floors look brand new. I can't stop looking at them! It's so refreshing to work with people who do what they're going to say and who are good at what they do! We couldn't be happier.

Thiago, came in gave a measurement and an estimate the first time we met at the job. Called him when we were ready and he was in and out in a the time frame he had described.

My cabinets were covered with plastic to protect from dust. They sanded and applied polyurethane the first day came back the next day and re-sanded and applied another coat of polyurethane. Thiago came by on the third day to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

(25.0 They came on time as arranged and were very helpful. They obviously take pride in their work and because the adjacent rooms had different oaks of different ages they increased the stain on one so that the difference in color would not be so noticeable. The only draw back was some small splatters of stain that went onto the wall when they applied the stain but they cleared these off. Everything was painstakingly wrapped up and blocked off to minimize the spread of dust. The team were hardworking, careful and polite (Luciano was very helpful fixing the kitchen door draught excluder so that it would not scrape the floor). 10 years ago Thiago had done a floor in an upstairs bedroom and it looks as good today as the day he did it. I am extremely pleased with the work done, it looks great.
