I took this estimate in the last minute and tried to help this customer with his project I gave her a time window and I soon as I finished my estimates than I head to his place I notice it was close to end the time the gave them that I would show up so I called and text to let them know I was leaving to go they said they could only wait 15 mins , that's was exactly the distance from where I was so I went but unfortunately we got traffic on the way due to the rush hour so I called and text them to let them know it took me a bit more than I expect and they left and I called many times but had no answer , I think we did the right thing by calling and explaining we can't control traffic and duration of estimates that's the reason why we call and explain so we don't leave people hanging we try to make every customer happy , every customer is very Important to us , we are limited to only do what is possible to accommodate new customer with a short notice , we feel bad for this customer with all that respect he is just trying to hurt our reputation just because we could do exactly when he wanted in business there is a order of things and needs to be respected
