Description of Work: I set up an appointment for them to come by and provide a quote to re-finish hardwood floors. I called the day before to confirm and left a message. No one ever called back. They never showed up at the set appointment time. I even called an hour later and no one answered. I never heard from them.

Description of Work: Eagle sanded and stained my family room floor. They were very professional, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up after they were done. They got in all the corners and we couldn't be more pleased. We look forward to hiring them again in the future!

Description of Work: Attempted to use provider given rating, but they did not arrive during scheduled hour long window. Took three calls to reach Thiago and he indicated he'd be there in 10-15 mins. 45 minutes later we were forced to leave as our broker had another appointment.

Description of Work: The team sanded, stained and applied 3 coats of polyurethane to our entire first floor. They we're prompt and neat and responded immediately when we called about imperfections in the finish. (Even came back on Sunday to re-coat polyurethane so as not to disrupt our schedule). Would definitely recommend and use again!

Description of Work: I had my kitchen and center hall floors refinished. My kitchen floor had been installed and poorly finished in 1996. The finish was not effective any longer and was starting to warp. My hall floor had not been refinished in about 25 years. Eagle Hardwood Flooring did a beautiful job. My kitchen floor looks new - level and with a much nicer tone to the finish than it originally had. My hall floor had a long saw-produced cut in it. This cut is gone and the floor is also now level and uncut. I plan to use Eagle Hardwod Flooring, P.O. Box 1537, New Rochelle, N.Y. 10802, to refinish my bedroom floor.

Description of Work: They refinished the hardwood floors in two rooms. They did an excellent job quickly and professionally. The floors look far better than I had expected and that is why I am going to have them back to do more work.
