They had to come back to finish the job, and was only able to half complete it. It is a two family home and the two section already had individuals living there, and couldn't be finished.

I called Eagle to inquire about redoing our living room floor. We were on a tight schedule as we had painters and furniture arriving within two weeks. Thiago provided an estimate the same day and put us on his schedule the same week. The workers were courteous, neat and professional. They had to move an upright piano out of and back into the space and were able to move it without damaging the floor or piano. The floor came out beautiful. No more ugly pet stains. We would definitely use Eagle again.

They refinished our 1950s hardwood floors. They covered paintings and anything we couldn't remove from the rooms and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. They educated us on what to do afterwards. The floors look beautiful once again. Excellent work, price and timing! Will recommend to our friends. So pleased!

These guys are AMAZING. I called 8 floor refinishing places in Westchester -- not only did they come in the cheapest, but when I told them I wanted a light, bleached look, they immediately knew what I was talking about. Many well-established places actually didn't, much to my surprise. Other places offered to bleach my yellow oak, which is very toxic, forbidden in many apartment buildings, and not necessary if you know what products to use. I sent pics of what I wanted; the guys came in & made 2 swatches on my floor. It was easy to pick the swatch, and my new floors look amazing. My kitchen is a different wood -- red oak -- and the guys treated it differently to make the 2 look more similar in the end. Thiago, the owner, is super kind & available to respond to questions. Office staff is polite, punctual and very helpful. Overall, I recommend them enthusiastically.

Eagle Hardwood flooring patched and refinished two hardwood floors for us November of last year. They were extremely responsive, punctual, and the final floors looked great. They did a wonderful job patching a difficult hole in our parquet floor; you can't tell the difference between the old flooring and the new patch. We were very happy with them overall and will definitely use them again in the future.
