The 1st year we remodeled the kitchen. They were original metal cabinets and although we bought our cabinets in home depot there was a lot of custom correcting that was required. Installed hard wood floors and appliances. Relocated a door and put in a window. Oh, and there was so much dry rot at the back of one of the walls, it required gutting, replacing with new and water proofing from outside. Last year Vincent's team replaced our gutters and did full drainage around the property. I like that vincent is familiar with the building department. getting permits and working with inspectors with no hassle and no delays. He also build us a garden with retaining walls. Installed grass and a play structure for the kids. This year we remodeled the downstairs and that was a major reno. new bathroom (full gut) amazing water fixtures. panelling in the mud room. new entry way to mud room. electrical and plumbing. And, most importantly a new heating system that is the biggest plus. Vincent is great and his costs are awesome. He doesn't nickle and dime you and is always easy to work with when you wake up with new ideas. I would recommend him and his team to everyone.

Throughout all our projects Vince has helped advise and problem solve, and save us money. His guys are extremely meticulous and have always gone above and beyond our expectations, they are professional and take pride in their work. I wold be happy to recommend Vince and his team for any home construction project.

Vince is very conscientious and does good work. He got very busy with a bigger job toward the end of our project, and we had a bit of difficulty getting some of the last details completed in a timely manner.

Vince was very responsive and accessible throughout the entire process. He promptly gave us an estimate and began work as soon as all the fixtures we picked were delivered. He and his entire crew were at all times courteous and completely trustworthy. They cleaned up each day and completed the job in about a week, as originally estimated. All construction debris was removed promptly at job completion. They did an excellent job throughout and I can find no faults a few weeks later.
