Description of Work: They installed a deck and also did other hardscape work. One year later, the deck is cracked in several spots, the stain is wearing away. I attempted to contact them but they never responded. They began the project but then delayed remaining work--for several months. They installed some new windows and left the moldings (inside and outside) unfinished. When I asked them about it they said that it was not included. They also left the walls a mess where the windows were installed and told me that I had to repaint the walls. They did not communicate with the other people working on the project; I ended up loosing money because of this. They acted like they were doing me a favor to work with me.

+ 2 moreVery good, very personal. He was assessable and he followed through. I would recommend him to others. He had good knowledge of what we needed to have done because he had worked in the units where we reside. Although, because it is a small company and there aren't very many employees it seems like he spreads himself too thin between projects.
Description of Work: He put in a new tile floor for us and fixed the floor we had. He purchased and installed some new appliances.
