We have been having problems with tiling/pixilating on our recorded shows. Cablevision had already sent out 2 people and with this third visit, they sent a supervisor who gave us his card and said he was taking and quot;ownershipand quot; of the house and to call him sirectly with any problems. I have never has this with any cable provider so I was impressed. The problem isn't fixed since I do believe it is happening at the head-end and not in the house (I work for a cable programmer so I have knowledge of how this stuff works) but the customer service and response time has been outstanding. They come when they say they will and call before they are coming.

Customer service at Cablevision is very helpful over the phone. What I do not like is that it takes a long time to get in touch with a customer service representative on the phone. Once you do get through, they will do everything to help you solve a problem over the phone and if they cannot they will schedule someone to come out to your home. I do not usually have any problems with service. The price is expensive for what we get.

I am basically pretty happy with them. I had been a Verizon subscriber. I think that Cablevision is much better with their service. You can talk to a person instead of having to report online. They have better customer service and they come out quicker. I have never had any problems with their technicians. I don't pay any sales tax for my phone. Their service seems to be pretty reliable.

I had to go for a package so you get pretty much all the movie channels and stuff which are good. But they are not cheap. The people that come to the house and you talk to are very pleasant and professional. My only complaint is the price and the fact that we end up taking all these Non-English channels. So I feel we are paying for these channels that we don't want. If they can chose or refer these packages or channels why can't I choose not to have them and not to have that added that course which I don't understand. I would say that they are pretty decent.

The price is okay. If you call Cablevision they show up and if they tell you a certain time they are here. Their professionalism is good.

I am satisfied with their service and I will continue to use them.

I have had very little problems, and when I did have one I got excellent service. I do feel like they are a little bit expensive.

Installing CableCARDs takes a long time; close to an hour, with repeated calls to the main office. They really should work harder on streamlining that process. With that said, however, the installation, while a bit time consuming, did not run into any problems, and the service has worked as advertised with no outages since the install (which was about a year ago).

THE COMPUTER BROKE DOWN. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT PRETTY PROMPTLY SO I GUESS IT WAS PRETTY FAVORABLE. EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS TO WORK OKAY. THEY SEEM PRETTY PROFESSIONAL. THEY JUST CAME IN AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM SO IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I LIKED HOW I DIDN'T REALLY HAVE TO DO ANYTHING, THEY CAME TO ME.

OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME. HE DID NOT SPEAK TECHNO BABBLE AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.
