Consultation was free and very helpful. The office staff was extremely professional and managed all administrative tasks quickly. And the installer was personable and ensured I was happy with the blinds layout and cleaned up everything he brought in.

Both the sales and installation personnel were professional and efficient. We chose Graber products through the Costco program. The cellular blinds aren't as 'fine' as the Hunter Douglas blinds they replaced but still look great and are significantly less expensive. The roller shade looks great rolled down an is inconspicuous when rolled up.

They came to the house to measure and help choose fabrics and styles. They were accommodating with many schedule changes. The selection of fabrics and styles was better than expected. Eric, who installed the blinds was friendly, very professional and did a really great job and complete cleanup after. Very satisfied with the end result.

There should have been a phone call to alert me that he would be arriving early. He did not ask for a vacuum cleaner to clean up a small amount of debris left after the job was completed and I think he should have. Otherwise, I am pleased with the installation.

The day they came for the estimate I ordered the blinds I had gotten 2 other estimates and I was satisfied with the price I was quoted. The shades were installed 2 weeks later.The installer was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use Budget Blinds in the future.

This vendor (Kim & Dennis) provide timely repair service for merchandise previously purchased and installed. It is refreshing to do business with a company that honors their service warranty in a timely & professional fashion. I intend to purchase a new window treatment down the road from these folks and, once again, highly recommend Kim & Dennis to those who live in their catchment area. Excellent service and quality merchandise.
