I found frank to be very helpful with the resetting of our hot tub. We really had no clue how to use it and keep the water usable when we got it last summer, due to this, we had to drain and refill numerous times. Frank took the time to drain, clean and refill during his visit and explained in detail to me how the chemicals worked to keep the water fresh and clean. Since his visit and his teachings, we have not had to drain nor refill since!! Frank was recommened to me by my neighbor and I can see now why, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to maintain their hot tub.
