I subscribed to their service years ago. i have been pleased by their service. This winter I had 1 adjustment to my broiler and for the entire winter i had no problem. Its a family owned company and they maintain a good name.

Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Did a great job. Would hire again.

At first, they tried to get us to buy a whole new toilet. When I spoke to the owner pre-work, told him exactly what we needed done. Not a new toilet. Did not replace the rusty bolts on bottom of tank so they had to come back due to leak and replace the bolts. No senior discount nor flexibility on pricing. Did not charge to come back to fix the leak.

So great to have found such a competent plumber . So polite and did the job with amazing efficiency. Mr Harris is my plumber going forward

Called the office and their staff was polite, contacted their plumbers Larry and Cole in the field. The office was in touch with me in 5 minutes to confirm that Larry and Cole would be over upon completion of their current job. Within 10 minutes they were at my house and had the clog open and drain clean right away. We have used Charles Krull and Son plumbing in the past and as always they are prompt, efficient and clean with their service. Would recommend them to anyone who is in need of any type of plumbing service. Thanks guys!!

They came within 2 hours after I called for service. Everything went smoothly, and my sink is working great! I have used Krull Plumbing several times, and I would definitely call them again. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

It went well. They were very responsive and professional. As for pricing, I cannot comment. Not sure what these kinds of repairs normally run. They seemed honest and sincere so we went with them.

Bathroom sink was clogged, also wax told the flex hose that was used was incorrect. Had the hose and trap replaced with pvc pipe as well as cleaning the clog

Men showed up on time. Work was done well and quickly.

Job went well. Have used for prior projects with good results. Will continue to use them for future plumbing related work. Recommended !

Great the company & employees are "the best of the best"

Excellent. The flushing of the water heater & installing the shut-off valves were scheduled in advance. But the night before the scheduled appointment, we discovered the corroding drain pipe in the basement ceiling & the Krull team was able to take care of it on the same visit. They called to ask of they could come early, they took care of everything on one visit, left everything clean & neat. We can always depend on them for good work & fair pricing.

Plumber was onsite for providing an estimate to redo plumbing in the basement, and responded to a clogged toilet issue I had in the meantime. Plumber was friendly and professional. He explained the process and costs, and got the job done. No complaints.

Scheduling the appointment was fine. The team was responsive on the phone and a rep showed up on time for the appointment. He talked me through his thoughts and took pictures. However, he was not able to provide the estimate because he had to talk to his boss - which is fair. Unfortunately, the estimate didn't come over a week later, so I called to check in and confirm my email address. Now - more than two weeks after the appointment - I still do not have the estimate. It's not a huge inconvenience for me. I can seek estimates elsewhere. Sadly, it's a fast way for Krull to lose my business and my recommendation.

They called to confirm the morning of the appointment and showed up on schedule. The problem was assessed and diagnosed quickly. Suggestions for the least expensive mode of repair were given. The representative was knowledgeable and fair in his assessment. I would use their services again and recommend to others.

Prompt and professional service. Delivered as promised. We had received three estimates for a water heater installation, and Chris Krull was the only one that really listened to our needs and provided an alternative solution to the other two that best fit our requirements .

Had an appointment for some plumbing work. I Took off work to be there and got a call the night before to say they had to cancel because they had to finish another job. They asked me to call back to reschedule. I had to go out of town so when I returned I called to reschedule, the owner told me someone would call before 9am the following day to set up an appointment, but they never called. I'll be calling someone else now.

He charged me $53 and he did not do anything. All he had to do was tighten or replace the valve over there or something. He refused to do it because apparently it was now going to specifications or whatever. He said he would not do anything, he would not touch it. I was very upset with them. The price was ridiculous, they were telling me it was going to cost $700. Punctuality was okay. I call that cheating, that’s not professionalism. I would never use them again.

The day of the service, the office called me and told me an approximate time the plumber would be at house (time was correct); plumber reviewed work to be performed and then informed showed me a price list of the cost of work including parts. Charles Krull does not charge by hour, so if something happens I am not billed for additional time. Plumber informed me what would be done. Very professional work.
