+ 0 moreMr. Freireich was with us from beginning to end. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions and he was so very patient in answering them. Always reachable by text, phone or email. Not only did he help us find our home, he was in attendance during home inspections and helped us understand the contracts and loan documents. If you are looking for a home and you're looking for someone who has your best interests at heart, I highly recommend you reach out to Ira Freireich!
Description of Work: Mr. Freireich works exclusively on the buyer’s behalf. He was with my family and I every step of the way and had our best interest throughout the whole process. He knew what we were able to pay and negotiated with the seller. His fee was a $500 retainer plus a 2% percent commission which came out of the proceeds of the sale at the closing. After making bids on 3 homes and getting outbid, we were beginning to get discouraged but Mr. Freireich kept our morale up and in the end we bought our home in 2013.
