Frank was very professional and explained all facets of project. He was punctual and reported to us the results both in writing and explained by phone. I now require his service again to remove flooring and install new flooring. He is very professional and makes you feel comfortable on every phase of your project. I am glad to recommend him and look forward to using him in the future.

We needed a few things done before we could move into our new house and Frank with his team were precisely what we were looking for. They did a superb job. The cost was very reasonable and Frank was always reachable to answer any questions and provided lots of useful advice. We will definitely use him for any future projects.

Everything turned out beautifully!. The bathroom fixtures and shower doors were well done, gave the area a modern, fresh look. The front door entrance light fixture looked more beautiful than I thought. He took the time to place the crystals correctly. Even the front door handle and lock was well done. I was going to have my husband do it, but it turned out that it required another hole and he did it without any problems! He is a professional and worth the money!

They're very good. They're excellent. I highly recommend them. They're knowledgeable with what they do. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is very good.

He has extremely good work ethics. He's always on time, doesn't waste time and they work all day. They take time off for lunch and they start back very promptly after lunch. All in all, I was very satisfied with the work he did. His products are priced right, not too high and not too low.

We could not have asked for a better contractor than Frank Parise. His knowledge and expertise in home improvement for a 1950's long island ranch house was great. He has a very calm demeanor, and get's the job done correctly and efficiently. His crew was exceptional- we have other projects we need to do this year, and we will hire Frank and his team again.

Frank was hired to completely gut out our den and make it fresh and new with all new sheet rock, 2 new closet/bathroom doors and baseboard trim. The first day was demolition which went fine and all the work installing the insulation, sheet rock and wood trim went along smoothly. It was the finishing that was greatly diminishing. The spackling, sanding and overall finishing was well below standards. The sanding was done very poorly leaving many cracks and holes in the sheet rock, that were even more noticeable once painted. Nail holes in trim and hand rails were left exposed, not filled in and sanded down and a few areas were left without trim at all. I alerted Frank to fix some of the problems which he came back to attempt but not to a very satisfactory level and it wasn't worth getting him to come again. Would not reocmmend or hire again.

I have had them do several over the past two years, big and small. I have the highest degree of trust in Frank and his crew. They are honest, hard working, and creative. 2 years ago I had a few storm doors and 2 thru-the-wall AC's installed. They did a spectacular job.So I had them back this summer to finish our basement. Again they delivered. Frank helped in the design and was very patient with me as i wanted to do some things myself (low voltage wiring, some electrical, etc.) Frank's the kind of guy who will tell you what he doesn't know and get you in touch with people that do. Frank and his crew were great with my family (in particular my 2 yr son) and they were very clean.

Everything was excellent! He is very punctual and provided accurate estimates. There were hardly any construction overruns. He worked consistently until the project was done and it was completed within the time period he specified. He also gave excellent references for painters and flooring professionals. He has an excellent network of service providers.
