Frank was great. He came and did all the necessary testing and checks and got back to us quickly.

He was very patient and didn't just rushed through the process. i would call him again and i will recommend him to all the people in my Complex ,that management won't even test the mole in there apartment.

Frank is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was on time and did a thorough job checking for mold. He did not over exaggerate anything costing me unnecessary expenses and helped me to complete the job that did need to be done. As scary as it is to think you have mold in your house Frank was patient and explained all he was doing. When the lab results came back he emailed them to me and then called and explained in detail what I was looking at. When the work he recommended is done I will have him back to retest so I can be sure and rest easy. I would recommend him again and again

Frank Parise was delightful to work with. From our first conversation he was educating me on topics and Quasimodo I would have never thought to bring up. He also gave me his entire resume up front and offered references before I could even ask. His inspection was thorough and very detailed. Frank also gave me the opportunity to address any questions I had after examining his inspection. Thankfully after careful consideration of the findings I ended up walking away from a property that had a lot of signs of becoming a money pit for repairs. Thank you Frank. The service was great, results came after 3 days. Frank is professional , knowledgeable and easyto reach guy who explained all results to me and to my husband. The company charged $150 per test, and we had 3 are tests: basement, living room and sample. Other 2 companies that I reached to asked 699$ and 275$ flat fee plus $125 per test. Very reasonable priced firm, who doesn't provide remediation ( no conflict of interest there). I will hire them again.

Frank is a very thorough and experienced inspector. He did an excellent job of educating me about what the problems with my house are and how to fix them. He was easy to communicate with and his rate was reasonable compared to other contractors who I received quotes from.
