1st Priority Inspections, Inc., 43 years experience (I'm a Licensed Home Improvement Contractor in NYC and Nassau County) Built homes from ground up! I specialize in Home Inspections, Mold Testing, Asbestos testing, Water Proofing Insp. Roof inspections Commercial Property Inspections, new home construction inspections and much more. l'm A New York State Licensed Home Inspection Instructor and Molloy College. Licensed New York State Mold Assessor, New York State Licensed Asbestos Inspector, A New York State Licensed Termite Inspector. My experience is unmatched and speaks for itself. Would you rather have someone with this type of experience and background inspecting your new home, or someone that has no building experience or knowledge, inspecting your new very expensive purchase? Most inspectors are text book taught, and have no practical knowledge or experience in building and remodeling. If you find someone with more experience and background, I will do your inspection for free!

What a wonderful experience. I would recommend Frank to family and friends without hesitation. Everything is done as stated, only quicker and better. Completely reliable. Affordable. Professional. Frank is personable, helpful with advice, and efficient. His inspection was thorough. We were very worried and he understood our concerns. When the air quality test results came in, he contacted us without delay. Fortunately, we do not have a mold problem, but we liked his work and will definitely consider using him for other categories of work he is qualified to do.
