Extremely responsive via text phone call and email. 1st Priority was willing to go over inspection in fine detail, answer all questions and provide further professional recommendation. This inspector also provides clean up and remediation services. Great choice for home inspections. Reliable and trustworthy.

The inspection performed was an extremely thorough job. He really cares about the buyer and not the seller. I would have lost a lot of money if I purchased the house.
