Frank did an exceptional job. From the moment we arrived at the house to the moment the inspection was over, Frank had stuck his head in places I never thought he would stick his head in. If there was a switch, he flipped it. If there was a button he pressed it. Not only was the inspection so thorough, but the report was the most detailed I had ever seen. Even my agent tooted his commendations for such a meticulous report for an inspection. Overall I would recommend Frank and his agency for future inspections and contracting. Look no further.

Frank s price is a little higher than the other services. But, he is extremely competent at his trade. I am not going to buy the place that I hired him to inspect - he uncovered a lot. But I will hire him earlier on in the process at the next place I look at. I value his opinion. He is also superhumanly responsive. Text him, he answers in like 10 minutes with good input.

Frank is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He discovered serious water damage in the house we were looking at and identified the various sources of the problem. He has been very responsive to all our questions and has offered sound suggestions. A few years ago, we had an inspection done by someone else who came highly recommended but was nowhere near as thorough as Frank. We are so glad we found him. If this house doesn't work out, we would definitely hire him again. Highly recommend!

Very thorough inspection. Expensive process (inspection and then learning the costs of work that needs to be done), but I appreciate the detail and Frank was very upfront about everything.
