I contacted Mr. Seymore late last season to look at our mudroom roof that no one seems to be able to figure out where the leak is coming from. He was prompt in calling back and came out to look at the roof. It was obvious that he had a lot of experience and knowledge and we were hopeful he would be able to help us. Since we contacted him so late in the season he wasn't able to do anything for us at the time, which we completely understood. I contacted him again in February, hoping we could fit into this seasons schedule. He did come out again a couple of weeks ago and took measurements and said he would get back to us with an estimate. He calls us on 5/13 and informs us he wouldn't be able to do anything for us this season and doubts he would even be able to help us next season. Apparently he just signed a contract to do some big job and dropped our project. He hadn't even done the estimate yet, nor could he recommend anyone else for the job. So, he has just left us high and dry. He knows we won't be able to find anyone available for this season and he really doesn't care.

Did a great job quickly and without any problems. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Easy to communicate with on-site, including an unsolicited (but much appreciated) warning to be careful on porch roofs when painting/washing windows as would be slippery if wet. Addressed all concerns, including eliminating a persistent leak caused by ice dams in winter. Thoroughly cleaned area when job complete.

From the first contact to get a price quote until the work was completed, I could not ask for better professionalism all the way around. Very satisfied with work. The price was very comparable to all the other prices quotes I received from other contractors.

It rain for weeks was a little late to start the job, but come back every day till it was done. keep a clean work site i could not find any nails on the ground great job

They were more expensive than most roofers in the area, but they warranty their work, have a longstanding reputation for quality work and the work was warranteed. It was definately worth the extra money to avoid the risk of a fly-by-night company since New York State does not require contractors to be licensed with the exception of asbestos removal companies. There are a lot of people in this area who think and claim to be contractors who do poor quality work and don't last in business very long-the one who suffers there is the customer after they are gone.
