PLS Contracting was good, it did went fine. The job went okay, the problem was it was a bad circuit breaker, and before he went to the circuit, he pulled out some outlets out and he did a competent job, the outlets were okay, we went to the circuit breaker, he pulled it out and the circuit breaker tripped when he pulled it out, so he was able to just put it back. The price was acceptable. He treated me very nice, he was a young guy, there was almost like a friend type of relationship

They were very helpful in the decision making. Worked quickly to the finish.
Description of Work: Put in a new front walkway with pavers.
I was extremely satisfied with the price, quality of work and professionalism of the workers.
Description of Work: PLS Contracting I contacted PLS Contracting with two other local contractors to add a bathroom and a garage. PLS Contracting came over 3 times to give me an accurate estimate. The other two spent 5 minutes estimating the job. PLS Contracting’s price was lower by $1000 to $2000. There were no additional costs that they forgot because I went over what they estimated on 3 occasions. They started the job on time and finished on time. They did excavation for the bathroom and built a foundation. The garage foundation was an 11.5 inch slab. The excavation was done with Bobcat equipment. They put a retaining wall up with proper drainage because of a slope leading to the house. The building was expertly done using the latest in plumbing, electrical, insulation, flooring and roofing. The bathroom was tiled and the shower was also tiled and properly drained. Heat was supplied to the bathroom with an extension of my current oil-forced air heating. The kept the work area clean and put their tools away each evening. When finished they raked out the adjoining lawn and planted grass. There was no argument over price if small changes were made. They are excellent builders and would recommend them to my neighbors.

Description of Work: I tried to contact roofer but had to leave a message. He finally called back 1 week later and we discussed the job. At that time, he said he'd call back in two days time to take my address down. He never called and explained later his cell phone died. I called him again the day we we supposed to meet and he said he would meet in about an hour but he was a no show 2 hours later (and he did not call). Apparently he showed up 2.5 hours after the appointment but I was gone for the day. I did not use the company and have had no other contact with them. In all fairness, the man was very nice on the phone and seemed to understand the job. But staying in touch with your customers and potential customers in huge in my book.

I live in a mobile home, and the estimate to install a handicap shower was too high and more than my home was work.
