JOE'S GLASS

Took 3 weeks for glass to come in. Two were without problems. One was measured wrong initially and glass had to be reordered. Everyone was pleasant. Originally it was estimated that there were for windows that the seal had broken on but when they came to do the actual job, they determined that one did not need to be replaced. We had this done as part of a purchase bargaining for house. Originally we had requested they come out and give us an estimate of windows that would need repair. They originally had included 2 very large picture windows. Sellers insisted the 2 picture windows were without loss of seal but they agreed to cover the other windows in question. Took 3 weeks for windows to come in. They arrived promptly. Older worker this time looked at the front windows again as per request of my husband. He agreed they did not have a leak in the seal, rather the e-factor protection had eroded in the center leaving a small haze. Discovered original person did not measure correctly one of the windows to be replaced. Also the older person determined that there was another window that was supposed to be replaced that did not need it. Three weeks later the remaining window was replaced. Overall every one was prompt, courteous. Some lack of knowledge with the original estimate not only caused some issues with the sellers who argued correctly that the front picture windows did not have a broken seal. Also, the owners agreed to pay for 4 windows and only 3 needed replacing at the end. Good work, courteous but some lack of knowledge with a younger worker who was sent out to give us the estimate.

Two insulated windows were replaced.
