PETER'S APPLIANCE REPAIR

Called him 9 AM and he was here by 5 PM. Fixed oven and saved Thanksgiving. A+++ Thanks

I called Pete on 8/5/2013 and left a message. He returned the call that evening and set up an appointment for 5:15 PM the next day. He arrived exactly at 5:15 and within minutes diagnosed the problem. He replaced the burnt out thermostat and now the dryer works. He was prompt, polite and professional. Without a doubt, I would call Pete again if any of my appliances were not working.

Peter arrived promptly and went right to work figuring out the the problem with my dishwasher. It took a week to order the part and install it, but Peter made sure I knew exactly what to do if the problem persisted while I was waiting. It was nice to have a professional and courteous repairman and as an added bonus, I didn't have to clean up behind him. A++ in my book.

We called on a Sunday morning and he answered the phone. He came here withing two hours, diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I would absolutely call him again if any of our other appliances ever give us trouble.

We called his number, left a message and he called back that same evening. He made an appointment for the next afternoon and was there as promised. He saw the problem and fixed it.
